All Commissioners David Davidson, John Prinkki and Doug Tucker were present.  Clerk and Recorder Linda Ladvala was also present.

     The Commissioners reviewed the minutes of their meetings of June 17 and June 21, 2010.  Commissioner Davidson moved to approve the minutes as presented.  Commissioner Tucker seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

     The Commissioners reviewed the Weed District Contract MDA # NWSFF-10-08 for Noxious Weed Seed Free Forage.  The parties to this contract include Montana Department of Agriculture and Carbon County Weed District.  The effective date of the contract begins June 24, 2010 and extends through June 30, 2012. Carbon County Weed District agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities as noxious weed seed free forage field inspectors. This item was on the Commissioners’ agenda for Monday, June 21, 2010 and was inadvertently overlooked.  Commissioner Davidson made a motion to approve the Weed District Contract MDA #MWSFF-10-08.  Commissioner Tucker seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

     Human Resources Development Council representative Christy Kramer met with the Commissioners to discuss distribution of Federal Emergency Management Agency funds for the purpose of providing emergency aid to the hungry and/or homeless.  Applications for emergency aid were received from Beartooth Cupboards and Carbon County Food Bank and distributed as follows Beartooth Cupboards $1,780.00; Carbon County Food Bank $1,126.00.  Commissioner Tucker made a motion to approve the distribution of FEMA funds in the amount of $2,906.00 as previously stated.  Commissioner Davidson seconded the motion.  Motion carried.
